❤︎ Production Times

When your order has been received, and the proof approved (if applicable), we will start making it just for you. Production times are as follows:

  • Guest Books, Wedding Planners & Vow Books:
    • Standard Production: 5-7 business days
    • Rush Production: 3-4 business days
  • Stamps: 1-3 business days
  • Mugs: 3-5 business days
  • Proofing (if purchased): add 1-2 business days overall

Rush and/or Proof options will be displayed on the product page if available. Availability of these services varies per product. Business days are Monday - Friday, and do not include holidays.

❤︎ I've ordered a personalized item. How long will it take to ship?

Production time + Shipping Time = Estimated arrival to your door.

Once it has shipped, the arrival time is based on your location plus the shipping option you select at checkout. Learn more about shipping options here.

    NEED YOUR BOOK IN A HURRY? For fastest service, purchase the Rush option + the fastest shipping method when you check out. Contact us to see if we may be able to help or make suggestions!

    IMPORTANT: We cannot change the shipping address for custom products once they have entered the production process. Please be sure you enter the correct shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an outdated address, the buyer will be responsible for new postage.

    ❤︎ Do you provide a digital proof?

    Proofs are available for purchase for all Guest Books and Stamps. Please add this option when ordering your product.

    Your proof will be emailed to you within 1-2 business days to the email address you provide at checkout. You will receive an initial proof depicting your text, color and design choice, and may submit up to two simple revisions such as spelling or color.

    Please keep in mind that we are personalizing the item as shown in the main image of the product you've selected. Complex changes, including customization to fonts, graphics, and/or additional rounds of proofing may require additional fees, which will be quoted on a custom basis.

    PROOF HOLD POLICY: We require your proof (or revision) to be approved within 72 hours (M-F) to keep your order moving toward production and shipment. After 72 hours your order will be sent to production for printing as is.

    If your approval is delayed, it will mean your shipment date will be delayed or rescheduled. You'll be notified if this occurs.

    ❤︎ Can I request additional customizations on my product?

    All of our items include basic personalization including colors, text, names, dates etc. Changes to the design or layout may be an option, but please contact us ahead of time to be sure we can accommodate your request.

    During the height of wedding season we may be overbooked or unable to take custom orders due to time constraints, so please be sure to check with us first.

    ❤︎ Do you take cancellations or returns?

    Your product is custom made just for you. For that reason we have firm policies on cancellations:

    • The window for cancellation is one hour post purchase.
    • We cannot cancel an order once we've sent a proof to you.
    • We cannot cancel your order once you've approved your proof and we've started production.
    • Personalized and/or custom items are not eligible for return/refund.
    • We are not able to take returns due to misspellings or grammatical errors in your approved proof regardless of where they originate.
    • Your signed proof approval indicates that you have reviewed and are accepting the wording and layout shown to be used for the final print.

    Damaged Orders: In the rare event that a personalized or custom order arrives damaged, we will replace it, but we must receive photos of the damaged item and its packaging first.

    ❤︎ I live outside of the US. Do you accommodate international orders?

    Yes! We love our international customers and ship worldwide.

    Please be sure to check both the processing and transit times on your chosen item to be fully aware of how long your item may take for your product to arrive. Read more about International Shipping here.

    Note that international customers are responsible for any customs/duty tax or related fees for importing items. We do not collect or remit VAT.
